Delivery, return and exchange policies.

 

DELIVERY

Any transport for return / exchange is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of a defective item or a shipping error on the order.

 

Please allow 3 to 10 working days for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order. We are not responsible for lost packages or transport delays. We cannot make a refund if your order is lost or damaged.

 

For a modification of your order, please send your requests to 'dostiguy@vvog.ca' indicating your name and order number. Changes can only be made if we receive them before we have shipped your order. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

 

Orders received during the holidays or outside of business hours will be fulfilled on the next business day.

 

Please allow 1 to 2 days before sending your order.

 

We offer delivery to Canada and the United States only. For elsewhere in the world please contact us by email at 'dostiguy@vvog.ca'

 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Factors of a product eligible for return;

-Any request must be made to 'dostiguy@vvog.ca' within 15 days of the date of delivery.

-No exchange or refund is applicable on underwear and jerseys.

-An unwashed and not worn product.

-The product must be new with its original packaging, including the label.

-No refund or exchange will be granted for a personalized product

 

No exchange is possible by mail, only returns are accepted with the exception of a defective item or a shipping error on the order.

 

Vvög Academie reserves the right to inspect the product before authorizing the refund or exchange.

 

 

CONDITIONS DURING A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Any merchandise returned without authorization will be automatically returned to the sender at its expense.

 

Customers must make sure to mail the item to be returned within 7 working days of the return authorization. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued and no refunds to your original payment method will be allowed.

 

 

METHOD FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE

If your refund is processed, a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method. Please note that the refund by credit will be made to your account within 7 to 10 days.

 

Items purchased from Vvög Academie, in-store or online, can be exchanged or returned to all of our Vvög shop. We will refund the amount with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

 

 

STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the package, if applicable.

 

 

STOCKS & INVENTORIES

We did everything we could to keep the available quantity of our items up to date. If by mistake the item you ordered is discontinued, we will notify you by email. Cancellation will be made to your original order and we will refund you using the chosen payment method.

 

 

PROBLEMS OR ERRORS DURING YOUR CHECKOUT
